Today a wintry mix will make its way across KELOLAND. This system will start Saturday morning and will make its way across the state and be out of KELOLAND by early Sunday morning. This system will be widespread and scattered. Light precipitation amounts are expected however the Aberdeen and Pierre areas could see up to one to two inches of snow accumulation.
Tonight will be mostly cloudy and colder. Temperatures will drop down into the teens in central and eastern KELOLAND and low 20s in the west.
Sunday is looking to pan out nicely. Mostly clear skies with mid to upper 30s in the east and 40s and 50s in central and west KELOLAND with southerly winds which is bring a warmer start to the next work week.
Tuesday will bring another wintry mix and as of now, it does look to bring more snow than today’s event. Afterwards, the rest of the week will slowly warm back up to the 40s and 50s.
