Storm Center Update - Saturday AM
October 29, 2011, 8:55 AM
Good Saturday morning! We certainly got off to a cold start for most of KELOLAND. Low 20s were seen early in the a.m. A front moves through today, though most of us stay dry. South winds early on carry in some warmth, but behind the front expect strong northwest winds. This creates a high fire danger on the grasslands. Highs today in the mid to upper 50s. Tonight, partly cloudy most spots. Lows vary from 30-37 depending on your location. Aberdeen has a 30% chance of showers.
For your Sunday, after the front passed, we're left with cooler conditions. Highs fall off at least five degrees everywhere. Northwest winds are strong and persist.
Halloween looks nice most areas. Highs on Monday near 60 in Sioux Falls and middle 60s west of the Missouri. Save me some candy!
