Storm Center Update - Monday PM

May 19, 2014, 2:33 PM by Scot Mundt

Skies will eventually become partly cloudy for all of KELOLAND this evening and tonight.  Lows will fall to the forties and fifties with just a slight chance for rain in western South Dakota.  Winds will be from the northwest this evening and early tonight at ten to twenty miles per hour, and then they’ll calm during the overnight.

Tuesday will be partly cloudy and warm with highs in the seventies and eighties in central and eastern South Dakota.  Western South Dakota will have a cool day with mostly cloudy skies and highs in the middle sixties.  Western South Dakota also has a chance for rain.  The rain chance will continue through the week and into the weekend for the west.

Temperatures will remain in the sixties and seventies for the week with a quick hit of warm air for the weekend.  Highs will be in the lower eighties for much of KELOLAND this weekend, but we’ll also have a slight chance for rain.
