The breeze will continue to whip around through tomorrow as the arrival of more cool air comes in. The cold front will produce a few showers though it doesn’t look like many will see anything more than a fraction of an inch.
Clouds will steadily increase into Tuesday but we could see a few breaks for some sunshine. Winds today should peak before sunset.
Tonight there is a chance for some light rains, mostly just sprinkles. I don’t think most will see much but the added clouds will keep our overnight lows in the upper 30s.
The wind picks right back up tomorrow with much cooler temperatures. Highs will only be in the lower to middle 50s and there is a chance for light drizzly showers. Winds will be 20-30 mph for much of the day. We expect another warm-up on Wednesday with the sun coming back out. Overall, Wednesday looks like one of the prettiest days for outdoor plans all week. Late in the day another cold front moves back into KELOLAND. That drops highs again on Thursday, continuing an up-and-down trend for the week.
The next widespread rain chance won’t be until Saturday. Earlier we said it was the best “real” chance and that’s about the best way to phrase it. The system comes into our southern counties from Colorado and the best chance of rains looks like SE KELOLAND. Still, the storm looks wide enough to bring many a shot at getting some rain.
