by Scot Mundt
Skies will continue to clear in northeast KELOLAND this evening and that trend will continue overnight. With clear skies and light winds tonight, lows will fall to the forties. We’ll start with sunshine Tuesday, but skies will become partly cloudy during the afternoon. We’ll stay dry with highs in the seventies in central and eastern KELOLAND to the middle sixties in the west. Scattered showers are in the forecast late Tuesday night and into Wednesday. It doesn’t look like a big rain, maybe a couple of tenths of an inch in some areas. Highs on Wednesday will be in the sixties to near seventy.
Dry skies will dominate the rest of the forecast for Thursday through Monday. Temperatures will start cool with highs in the upper fifties to lower sixties Thursday through Saturday, but a quick hit of very warm air will move in for Sunday and Monday.
