Mostly cloudy skies this morning will continue throughout the day. Expect highs in the fifties to near sixty degrees, which is close to average. Isolated showers this morning will be possible during the day in western KELOLAND, but anything that falls will remain light.
Clouds will slowly decrease tonight which will eventually lead to partly cloudy skies for Tuesday. Winds will shift to the south on Tuesday at ten to twenty miles per hour to help temperatures warm to the sixties and seventies. The warm air will not last as a cold front will quickly move through KELOLAND on Wednesday. The front will spark scattered showers on Wednesday. We have showers lasting into Thursday as energy skates across Nebraska. Highs will fall to the fifties and sixties on Wednesday, then to the forties and fifties on Thursday.
The coldest air so far this season might make it to KELOLAND Friday and Saturday. High pressure will settle overhead during that time which will allow some areas to fall to the teens on Saturday morning.
