Most of the rain this morning will be east of Interstate 29. As it exits KELOLAND, expect skies to become partly cloudy as temperatures warm to the eighties and nineties. Winds will vary across KELOLAND with light winds in southeast and western South Dakota to a breezy day in central and northeast South Dakota.
Isolated rain is in the forecast for tonight in western and central South Dakota. Lows will fall to the sixties.
The isolated rain will move into eastern and southeast KELOLAND on Saturday, otherwise skies will be partly cloudy. Highs on Saturday will be in the middle to upper eighties across KELOLAND. Cooler air arrives on Sunday via strong north/northwest winds. Expect highs in the seventies for eastern KELOLAND while central and western South Dakota will be in the low/middle eighties.
The cooler air will last into early next week before temperatures slowly warm by the end of the week.
