A line of showers will continue to move through Nebraska this afternoon and evening. These showers will first make their way into western South Dakota by the evening, then into south central and central South Dakota tonight. Eastern South Dakota will stay dry. Temperatures will not be as cool as this morning, expect overnight lows in the fifties.
Clouds will rule the day for Saturday with periods of showers in eastern South Dakota. The rain will be a little steadier in north central and northeast South Dakota with some areas able to receive a half inch to two-thirds of an inch of rain. The clouds and rain will keep temperatures cool with highs in the sixties for eastern South Dakota while central and western South Dakota will have a little more sunshine to help temps warm to the middle seventies.
Sunday will be mainly dry with only scattered showers found in the Hills of western South Dakota. But the sun will remain limited. Highs will be near seventy for all of South Dakota.
Temps will warm for early next week with highs returning to the eighties on Wednesday.
