Cold air will continue to filter into KELOLAND this evening and tonight.

A Freeze Watch is currently out for north central and parts of northeast KELOLAND tonight. Temperatures will most likely fall to the upper twenties in these locations late tonight. Frost will be possible around the watch area as temperatures fall to near thirty degrees. The wind will play a big role in how cold it gets tonight. The best chance for light winds is in north central South Dakota tonight, which will help in cooling the temperatures. As winds stay up in other locations, the temperatures will not be as cold. Middle thirties are likely in southeast and central South Dakota.
Saturday will be a sunny and cool day. Highs will struggle out of the fifties in eastern KELOLAND with sixties likely in central South Dakota and temps near seventy in the west. As high pressure settles overhead Saturday night, winds will become light and temperatures will fall to the twenties and thirties in eastern KELOLAND. Be prepared for a frost or freeze Sunday morning in eastern KELOLAND. High pressure will move east of us on Sunday allowing for warmer temperatures Sunday afternoon and into next week.
