by Scot Mundt
Flurries and light snow showers will be possible in eastern KELOLAND tonight and into early Saturday morning. The amounts of snow will stay light with accumulations near an inch in northeast South Dakota from Aberdeen to Watertown and northeast. Other areas will most likely stay less than a half inch. Central and western South Dakota will stay dry tonight with lows falling to the teens and twenties.
The weekend is looking dry with warming temperatures. Though eastern and southeast KELOLAND will start with clouds Saturday morning, skies will eventually become mostly sunny. Highs on Saturday will rebound to the thirties in eastern KELOLAND to the forties in the west. The forties will try to move to eastern KELOLAND Sunday.
Next week will feature another hit of cold air with temperatures falling to the teens and twenties. We’ll have to watch for steady hits of snow almost every other day.
