Storm Center Update - Friday PM
October 1, 2010, 3:05 PM
After a beautiful work week we will go into the weekend with cooler but still dry conditions. A potent cold front has been pushing across the state today. That front will bring a cold push of air which will give us our first chance of frost and temperatures only in the 50s for highs on Saturday. The coldest air and the chance for frost will be across the east; with the northeast under the gun tonight and everything east of I-29 on Saturday night into Sunday. The east will also see the coolest temperatures on Saturday with highs in the upper 50s it will also be cool in the central and west with highs in the 60s.
Into next week the dry weather looks to continue with temperatures warming back into the 70s.
