Corrections authorities have issued a warning about an inmate who will soon be released from the South Dakota State Penitentiary.
Charles Long is serving time after a grand theft conviction in Pennington County. He's set to be released Saturday.
The Corrections Department believes Long could offend again.
Long is expected to live in Sioux Falls.
