State Career Camps Website Launches

April 2, 2014, 12:21 PM

State Career Camps Website Launches

A state career camps website launched on Wednesday.

This site informs students of camp opportunities around the state for subjects like agriculture, business, engineering, health care and information technology.

“It is important for students to have the chance to learn about the skills that are in demand before they make decisions about college and careers. By establishing this new website, we hope to spread the word about the opportunities out there,” South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard said.

The camps listed on the website are geared toward middle and high school students.
