A utility scam is spreading across South Dakota.
On Tuesday, we told you Watertown Police sent out a warning because someone was calling Municipal Utilities customers, saying they're behind on bills and asking for payment information. Now, Southeastern Electric customers are also getting calls.
The company's asking customers to keep an eye out for two numbers: 888-201-7958 and 888-288-5657. If you get a call, do not give the caller your personal information, even if they threaten to disconnect your service.
