A man who helped change the face of Sioux Falls, passed away today.
Donald A. Dunham Jr. died suddenly from complications after surgery.
Dunham is the founder The Dunham Company, a diversified real estate company founded in 1977 and is based out of Sioux Falls.
He oversaw more than $100 million worth of construction projects over three decades.
Funeral arrangements are still pending.
