The City of Sioux Falls is under a snow alert. Crews worked overnight on emergency snow routes and will begin working on residential roads Friday morning.
More than five inches of snow has covered the city, leaving some roads difficult to navigate. KELOLAND’s Kellee Azar was out on residential roads in the morning hours and reported difficult conditions for drivers.
The Sioux Falls Street Department is reminding residents to remove their vehicles from the roads while their portion of town is under a snow alert. Vehicles left on the streets can be ticketed and towed.
