Slippery Conditions Reported On SD Interstates, Highways

SIOUX FALLS, SD -

A map of road conditions across South Dakota shows nearly every major road is snow and ice covered.

The map on SafeTravelUSA also indicates the interstates and highways are slippery.

A winter storm moved into the state Thursday evening and snow continued to fall overnight.

As of early Friday morning, Sioux Falls had about 5.5" of snow. There is more to the south with Sioux City reporting between 8 to 10 inches.
