Sioux Falls To Get Burlington Coat Factory

August 14, 2014, 1:45 PM by Angela Kennecke

Sioux Falls To Get Burlington Coat Factory

It's a deal that's been in the works for more than a year.  Now Lloyd Companies has submitted plans for a new Burlington Coat Factory store at Dawley Farm Village in Sioux Falls.

The plans call for the 50,000 square foot store to go just north of the new Ashley Furniture HomeStore.  The $3.75 million dollar construction project is just for the shell and not the building's interior finishes.  The parking lot will also be expanded for an additional 200 parking spots.

Burlington has 500 stores across the country.  This will be the only Burlington Coat Factory in Sioux Falls.
