If you used a credit or debit card at a UPS Store in the last seven months, some of your personal information could be a risk. United Parcel Service discovered a computer virus at 51 of its stores, including the one at 2601 S. Minnesota Avenue in Sioux Falls.
The company says anyone who used a credit card or debit card at the store between January 20 and August 11 may have been compromised.
The exposed information includes names, home and email addresses and credit card information from about 100,000 transactions across the country.
At this point, UPS says it is not aware of any fraud related to the attack, but it is offering customers some resources. Click on this link or call 1-855-731-6016 to talk with a UPS Store representative.
