The city of Sioux Falls has unveiled a new development plan for the north side of town.
Officials have named an area near the new Denny Sanford PREMIER Center, the Sioux Falls Regional Airport and Sanford Sports Complex as the Sioux Falls Sports and Entertainment District.
Officials say it's all to bring more development opportunities including hotels and restaurants to that area.
