Firefighters put out a kitchen fire at a Sioux Falls restaurant Sunday morning.
Someone driving by Cherry Creek Grill on 26th Street heard the fire alarm going off and called 911.
Flames were coming out of the roof near the kitchen vent when firefighters arrived around 1:30 a.m. They put out the fire within 15 minutes of arriving.
The business was closed at the time. Most of the damage is to the roof. The cause is under investigation.
There's no word yet on whether the business will be able to open for Super Bowl customers later Sunday.
