Next time you pull into downtown Sioux Falls, you won't have to worry about carrying extra change.
That's because the switch to smart parking meters is now complete so all you have to do is swipe a card to pay for parking.
There are 185 of the meters in downtown along South Phillips Avenue, on the east and west 100 blocks of Tenth Street and 11th Street, and the east side of 200 South Main Avenue.
