Sioux Falls Police Investigating Two Armed Robberies

Sioux Falls Police Investigating Two Armed Robberies
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Early Monday morning there were two separate casino robberies in Sioux Falls and all of the suspects remain at large.

The first robbery happened at Deuces Casino, located at 4205 Racket Drive in Sioux Falls, at 12:41 a.m. Police say when they arrived, they were told a man had entered the casino and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. The man got away with an unknown amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white male 5'7'' to 5' 8'' tall, 130 to 150 pounds and between the ages of 20 to 25. He was last seen wearing a black stocking cap, dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans and a red and black backpack.

The second armed robbery happened at Paradise Casino, located at 1821 W. 12th Street in Sioux Falls. According to the Sioux Falls Police Department, an employee said two people came through the south entrance to the casino. One suspect stayed at the door while the other came into the casino and threatened an employee with a knife. After getting an unknown amount of money the two suspects got left the scene.

The subject with a knife is described as a white male 25 to 30 years old, 6'2'' to 6'4'' tall, 170 to 200 pounds. He was seen wearing dark sweat pants, a dark hooded sweatshirt, a grey bandana and gloves.

Both robberies are still under investigation.
