Sioux Falls police are asking for your help in finding the suspect involved in Monday's hit and run crash.
The driver of a car hit a 58-year-old woman who was crossing the street on Grange Avenue near Sanford Hospital Monday morning, leaving her with life-threatening injuries.
Police are now trying to find the driver of the car. Witnesses describe it as a 2001-2005 silver or light blue Honda Civic that could have front-end damage or a cracked windshield.
"You don't have to identify yourself, just tell us if you've got a vehicle you think might be involved in this or you know a name of somebody involved with this. Leave that information, the license number, the car and where you saw it or where it's located," Lt. Jerome Miller with Sioux Falls Police said.
Miller says the car left behind some parts. Authorities have also told auto body shops to be on the lookout.
