Sioux Falls Man Officially Charged With Murder

SIOUX FALLS, SD -

In Sioux Falls, Robert Bass III was officially charged with murder on Thursday.

The 22-year-old is accused of beating 50-year-old Chris Conde-Vargas to death last weekend.

Bass entered a not guilty plea.

It's his second court appearance this week. On Wednesday he appeared on unrelated charges.
