Sioux Falls Man Faces 2nd-Degree Rape Charge

SIOUX FALLS, SD -
A Sioux Falls man is charged with 2nd-degree rape after allegedly assaulting a woman he met online.
21-year-old Anthony Merle Harbo was arrested at his home on the 700 block of Sycamore Avenue Friday evening. Harbo and the 20-year-old victim had met in person before the alleged attack, but they began their relationship over the internet.
The woman spent several hours at Harbo's home Friday before calling police around 6 p.m. to report the rape.
