Fire caused heavy damage to a house located across the street from the Law Enforcement Center in downtown Sioux Falls early Saturday morning
Fire Rescue responded to the burning house on North Minnesota Avenue just after 2:00 a.m.
Flames were shooting out of the roof and the sides of the two-story house when crews arrived.
No one was believed to be inside at the time of the fire, and nobody's hurt.
Police blocked-off traffic on Minnesota Avenue so firefighters could put out the flames.
The cause is under investigation.
