Sioux Falls City Council Election Results

The Sioux Falls City Council will have two new faces on it this spring.

With all 14 precincts reporting, Rick Kiley will serve as the city council member from the southeast district. He received 65 percent of the vote while Bonita Schwan finished with 35 percent.

Christine M. Erickson will be the At Large 'B' council member. She got 65 percent of the vote compared to Denny Pierson's 35 percent.

Rex Rolfing will be on the council again, serving as the At Large 'A' member.  He finished with 58 percent of the votes, while Manny Steele got 27 percent and Emmett Reistroffer had 15 percent.

Incumbent Michelle Erpenbach won the Central district seat with 60 percent of the vote; she beat Rebecca Dunn, who got 40 percent of the votes.
