Sioux Falls Airshow Takes Off This Weekend

The Sioux Falls Airshow, which will feature the Blue Angels, takes off this weekend at Joe Foss Field.

On Saturday and Sunday nearly 60 airplanes including B-2 Stealth Bomber, helicopters and WWII era planes will hit the skies over Sioux Falls.

The gates open at 8:30 a.m. both days.  Admission to the event is free.

Public parking is available at three locations along Interstate 29.  Shuttles will then bring people to the South Dakota Air National Guard Base for $3 per person.

You can find more information about parking, exhibits, prohibited items and the schedule on the Sioux Falls Airshow website.
