SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Sioux Falls Police are searching for a man who robbed an east side bar Saturday morning.

At 9:30 a.m., police say a man walked into the Attic Bar and Grill and assaulted an employee taking the nightly receipts.

Several police officers, a fire truck and an ambulance responded to the area near 41st and Sycamore Avenue.

The suspect is described as a heavy-set white man, five feet six inches tall, wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans and a black ski mask.

He was also seen carrying a large heavy-duty backpack. Police say the assaulted employee received a minor injury that did not require medical care.
