SIOUX FALLS, SD -
Sioux Falls Police are investigating a homicide.
Officers found a 75-year-old woman in her home Saturday afternoon, dead with what they call "obvious injuries." They expect to file charges in the case.
Authorities say the woman's car was missing from her home, but officers found it in Madison, Wisconsin.
That's where the driver led officers on a chase before he was arrested.
He's 41-year-old James McVay of Sioux Falls, and police say he's being held on charges of Grand Theft Motor Vehicle, and DWI. They've placed a parole detainer on McVay.
The victim's name is not yet being released.
