SF City Council Hosts Coffee With The Council

SF City Council Hosts Coffee With The Council
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

This morning, the public was invited to have coffee with the Sioux Falls City Council to discuss local issues.

The main topics presented by the public in this informal meeting included the importance of code enforcement and the condition of some Sioux Falls neighborhoods.

“It's difficult to make people always be good neighbors, and we try to have well-intended ordinances, and it's still up to the neighbors to let us know how we're doing and to work with us to make sure that their neighborhoods are staying good neighborhoods,” Council Member Dean Karsky said.

Other main topics of discussion included the issue of public intoxication in some Sioux Falls neighborhoods, as well as compliance between property owners and their tenants. Coffee with the Council is hosted two or three times each year.
