High school teams from across the state are getting ready to tip off for the Class A tournament in Watertown.
One team is not only preparing for their game, but processing the loss of their teammate as well.
Alyssa Vollmer played for the Sioux Falls Christian girl's basketball team and was killed in a one-vehicle crash along with her parents and her 13-year-old brother.
The Chargers are the eight seed and play the number one seed Harrisburg Tigers Thursday afternoon. Many of the Sioux Falls Christian fans are wearing green jerseys with the number 22 on it, in memory of Alyssa.
