A convicted sex offender who was arrested shortly after being released from prison is once again on the loose and wanted by police.
Ed Morris was considered a high-risk sex offender likely to re-offend when he was released in February.
Police arrested him in March when he moved into an apartment near Whittier Middle School.
A judge released him later that month.
Morris told authorities he had moved into a hotel on West Russell Street. When officers went to check it out, they found Morris never checked in.
There is now a felony warrant out for his arrest. If you see him, you are asked to call police.
