December 8, 2008, 6:25 PM
A second person faces charges in the shooting death of a Redfield man. 56-year-old Allan Kissner's body was found at a picnic area at Sheridan Lake in November.
Pennington County authorities have arrested Nancy Ellwein for being an accessory to first-degree murder. Another suspect, 51-year-old Robert Goulding, was arrested soon after Kissner's body was found. The Pennington County sheriff's office says the two men knew each other. Goulding is charged with first-degree murder.
According to an autopsy, Kissner died of a single gunshot wound to the head.
