Search For Suspect In Centerville Bank Robbery

CENTERVILLE, SD -
Authorities are searching for a man who held up a Centerville bank Tuesday afternoon.
It happened shortly after 1 p.m. at the First Midwest Bank. Bank employees say the robber showed them a plastic handgun when he demanded money. He's described as a white man, weighing around 150 pounds with a shaved head. He was wearing dark sunglasses and coat along with white tennis shoes.
Law enforcement officials, including South Dakota Highway Patrol troopers, are now parked at the edge of Centerville, monitoring traffic in and out of town.
