Search For Eagle Tail Resumes

The search for 28-year-old Lyle Eagle Tail resumed Saturday morning at 8 a.m.

Rescue crews stopped searching at 8 p.m. Friday night.

Eagle Tail was one of two people who tried to save six-year-old Garrett Wallace after he fell into the Big Sioux River at Falls Park. The other person was Wallace's sister, Madison. Garrett Wallace emerged from the river and is fine.

Officials found the body of Madison Wallace Friday at 2 p.m.

Rescue crews have been dealing with thick foam caused by the Falls and divers are in zero visiblity conditions under the water.  Dive teams from Pierre and Okoboji are on scene to assist with the search.
