Investigators are searching for a missing boater who fell into the Missouri River near Ponca State Park in northeast Nebraska.
The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission says the unidentified man was trying to anchor a boat around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, when the anchor's rope pulled him and a passenger overboard.
Authorities say the passenger climbed back into the boat and called the Dixon County sheriff's office. The passenger was treated for mild hypothermia.
Local responders from Nebraska and South Dakota looked for the a man until 7:30 p.m. Saturday, and resumed the search at 8 a.m. Sunday.
