SDSU's China Night To Focus On Food, Culture
BROOKINGS, SD -

Chinese food, fashion, music and dance will be on display at South Dakota State University's annual China Night on Sunday.

The Chinese Student and Scholar Association hosts the annual event, which will be held in the Volstorff Ballroom of the University Student Union on campus from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The event is put on to mark the Chinese New Year.

Mapo Doufu, Gong Bao Chicken and Chinese rice and noodles are just a few of the traditional dishes that will be served at the event. A fashion show, culture presentation and Chinese song and dance routines will follow the buffet.

Tickets are $8 for SDSU students, $12 for adults and $5 for children ages 5-12. Children under 5 are free.
