The Summit League Tournament Women's Champion is familiar. SDSU topped USD in the final game of the tournament on Tuesday.
USD led for much of the game, but SDSU pulled away in the end to win 56 to 53. Megan Waytashek with SDSU had 11 points and 6 rebounds. Katie Lingle led the Jackrabbits in rebounds, finishing the game with 10 rebounds.
Nicole Seekamp led USD with 20 points.
SDSU women are 15 and 0 in Summit League Tournament play.
With the win, the Jackrabbits get a spot in the Women's NCAA tournament. It will be SDSU's fifth straight trip to NCAA tournament.
