A Rapid City woman accused of raping a 14-year-old boy and possessing child pornography has been released from jail on bond a second time.
Twenty-eight-year-old April Solles had been released on $100,000 bond in February on the rape charge. She was jailed in March on $50,000 bond when the child porn charge was added.
The conditions for her latest release include staying away from minors and alcohol.
Solles' 1-year-old girl died of a head injury late last year, and a 14-year-old boy is charged with murder in the death. His case is in juvenile court and his name has not been released. Authorities have not said if he is the same boy in the rape case.
