Circuit Judge Robert Gusinsky has warned a Hot Springs man accused of rape to be careful about sending him letters.
The judge told 53-year-old Randy Sparkman that letters sent to the court become public record.
Sparkman is scheduled to stand trial in June for second-degree rape and incest. He is accused of raping a family member in 2012. Gusinsky advised Sparkman to run everything through his court-appointed attorney.
Sparkman has remained in the Pennington County Jail under a $100,000 bond since his arrest in January.
