SIOUX FALLS, SD -
A South Dakota man has pleaded guilty to killing another person while driving drunk.
U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson announced Thursday that 23-year-old Dino Kane, of St. Francis, pleaded guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter.
Prosecutors say Kane had a blood alcohol concentration more than three times the legal limit for driving when he rolled his vehicle on Aug. 4 and killed another person. Kane was also injured in the crash.
Kane faces eight years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 4.
