BISMARCK, SD -
A South Dakota man is suing the federal government for a 2007 fall at a North Dakota post office.
Charles Mardian, of Aberdeen, S.D., says the accident happened while he was working as an independent contractor delivering mail in Halliday, N.D.
Mardian says he was pushing a mail cart up a plywood ramp when a wheel of the cart fell through the plywood. He says that caused him to fall into the cart.
Mardian says he suffered rotator cuff injuries to his right shoulder. He's seeking unspecified damages.
