The South Dakota Unified Judicial System is going social.
The statewide court system has announced that is has started several social media accounts to make it easier for people to receive updates.
The court system is now on Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and YouTube.
State Court Administrator Patricia Duggan says using social media will help the court system disseminate information quickly and conveniently. Information posted will include court house closures, the release of new court opinions and significant events of interest.
