MADISON, SD -
A company that decided earlier this year to leave the South Dakota city of Arlington over a zoning dispute that blocked its expansion plans has started construction on a facility in Madison.
Global Polymer decided to relocate after city officials in Arlington rejected the company's request to rezone property it bought last year from residential to industrial use. The company broke ground in Madison on Wednesday for a 60,000-square-foot facility.
The company makes high-tech plastic parts.
