YANKTON, SD -
A Yankton chiropractor has been sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine for defrauding Medicare and Medicaid.
Sixty-three-year-old Larry Jones pleaded guilty to making false claims for two patients between January 2005 and April 2011.
The South Dakota Board of Chiropractic Examiners also has revoked his license. The board says that Jones will not be allowed to reapply for a license for five years.
