A 39-year-old Scotland man is going to prison for the rest of his life, after being found guilty of second degree murder.
A Turner County jury convicted Chris Miller in connection with the death of his son, 4-month-old Jacob Miller.
The charges stemmed from a 911 call from Miller's home back in March of last year, where the infant was reported as not breathing.
Hospital staff notified law enforcement that Jacob was diagnosed with a severe skull fracture and bleeding on the brain.
