Saturday Boredom Busters

It's day-two of the LifeLight Christian music festival near Worthing, South Dakota on Saturday.  The main stage performers at LifeLight include Josh Brewer and Jeremy Vanderloop at 2 pm, Lybecker at 3 pm, Manic Drive at 4 pm, Love & The Outcome at 5:15 pm, Rhett Walker Band at 6:30 pm, Colton Dixon at 7:45 pm, Nick Hall at 8:45 pm and Skillet at 9:45 pm.

The 727th Transportation Company is hosting a Charity Poker Run to benefit the Disabled American Veterans Hospital Transportation Fund.  Registration is at 10 am at the Brookings National Guard Armory.  The cost is $15 or $25 per couple.  The poker run begins at noon with a parade down Main Avenue in Brookings.  All vehicles are welcome. 

Hip hop music highlights the final Sounds at the Falls for the summer.  V-The Noble One performs a free concert at 7 pm at the Queen Bee Mill at Falls Park.

It's also the summer's final free Moonlight Movie.  Man of Steel, rated PG-13, is showing at dusk at Fawick Park in Sioux Falls.  Snacks and refreshments will be sold at the park.

Purchase fresh produce and many other items for sale at the Sioux Falls Farmers Market, across the street from Falls Park.    The hours are from 8 am to 1 pm. 

Vendors are also selling their produce and baked goods at the Sioux Empire Farmers Market at the 8th & Railroad Center on the East Bank of downtown Sioux Falls.  Hours are from 8 am to 1 pm.
