Sioux Falls Yoga Day features instructors from studios across the city introducing people to the health benefits of yoga. People from all skill levels are invited to the Main Library in downtown Sioux Falls to try free 45-minute classes from 9 am to 4 pm. Goodwill donations will go to the Food Pantry.

The west side drop-off is at North Lyon Boulevard west of the the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds. The hours are from 9 am to 5 pm. The drop-off sites are open through Sunday.
